These answers are aimed at building scalable open research infrastructures in which the rights to the research output remain entirely in the hands of the scientists – strategies the presentation will address include: involvement of the scientific community - involvement of the management levels at universities - strengthening the topic in research funding - enabling technical standards (APIs, database systems, PIDs).
