This hands-on session provides an overview of how eLab can be used in everyday laboratory work, with a focus on the management of devices and laboratory equipment. Using a practical case example, it demonstrates how device descriptions can be stored directly in eLab and accessed via QR codes attached to the devices. This enables quick and centralized access to information on maintenance, usage, and documentation. Participants will gain practical ideas on how to implement similar workflows within their own teams in order to make device management and documentation more structured, transparent, and traceable. Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of eLab is helpful but not required.
